Terms & Conditions

Weight Limit:

– We can only move smaller items like dining table chairs and small ottomans to clean underneath due to a weight limit of 20 lbs. You are welcome to move heavier furniture, and we will clean under it upon request.

Step Stool Height Limit:

– Our step stool height limit is 2 feet for safety reasons. However, our cobwebbing tools extend, and we can still reach most areas, except for very high or vaulted ceilings.

Dealing with Clutter:

– We will do our best to work around cluttered and storage areas. If you would like us to clean under or behind items like beds and cabinets, please let our office know so we can customize your cleaning service.

Outdoor Areas:

– Our equipment is not suitable for cleaning outside surfaces such as patios, decks, rough concrete floors, unfinished basements, garages, and exterior windows.

Heavy Hanging Objects:

– We do not clean large artwork or heavy hanging mirrors that are not secured to the wall due to the risk of injury or breakage. However, we will happily dust typical picture frames and other secured items.

Fine Artwork:

– We prioritize the safety of your delicate items. If you have irreplaceable or delicate pieces, please inform our office so we can update your account. For specialized cleaning of artwork, we recommend seeking professionals.

Pet Messes/Body Fluids:

– We are not currently certified to clean body fluids, including pet messes, blood, feces, urine, and overflowed toilets.

Mold:

– We are unable to clean in rooms heavily affected by mold or in homes with severe mold infestations due to safety concerns.

Bugs:

– We cannot offer post-fumigation cleanings and request that any bug infestations are completely resolved before we enter a home.
