Service Disclaimer

• Life Cleaning Services LLC does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or other stains caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
• All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
• Fireplaces need to sit unused for 72 hours before cleaning.
• We need to be informed of items or surfaces requiring special care at the initial request for our cleaning services.
• We are NOT liable for damage caused by faulty or improper installation of any item.
• All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
• Furniture on wood floors should have proper protection.

Notice

• We only clean windows and blinds that are accessible with a 5-step ladder.
• For safety, no other maintenance jobs should be done while we are cleaning.
• Having other vendors work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
• No heavy furniture will be relocated.
